Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account yourself from the Account page. Deleting is permanent.

How It Works

1. Open Account, then Delete Account, and type your email address.
2. We email you a confirmation link. Open it within an hour, in a browser where you are signed in.
3. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.

What Is Removed

• Your profile, sign-in methods, sessions and two-factor settings.
• All of your API keys.
• Every organization where you are the only member, with its billing records.
• Your sign-in and API logs.

Organizations you share with others are left in place without you.

What Can Block It

• You are the only owner of an organization with other members. Make someone else an owner on Members, or remove the other members.
• An organization only you belong to has a subscription that will keep billing. Cancel it on Billing first.
