Organizations and Members
An organization is a team that shares a plan and its billing. Your first sign-in creates one for you, and you can belong to as many as you like. The organization menu at the top of the sidebar shows which one you are working in and switches between them.

An organization always keeps at least one owner: the last owner cannot leave or be demoted.
Inviting People
Section titled “Inviting People”Inviting people needs Team or Business: Free and Pro organizations have one member, and pending invitations count towards that. On Members, enter an email and a role and select Send invitation. The invitation is emailed and lasts 7 days; you can cancel it from the same page until it is accepted. People who are invited also see the invitation under Settings when they sign in, where they can accept or decline it.
Managing Organizations
Section titled “Managing Organizations”Settings holds everything else:
- Create a new organization. Only your first organization gets a free trial. You can own up to 5 organizations and create up to 3 in any 24 hours; delete one you no longer need to make room.
- Rename the current one (owners and admins).
- Add a website (owners and admins). Its icon becomes the organization’s picture in the menu. Save it again to pick up a new icon; if the site has none we can use, the organization keeps its initial.
- Leave one you no longer need. If you are its only member, delete it instead.
- Delete an organization (owners only) by typing its name. Deleting is permanent. It is blocked while a subscription would keep billing: cancel the subscription first.
