Email Notifications
Account emails go to the address you sign in with. Choose which optional emails you get under Email Notifications on the Account page.
Always Sent
Section titled “Always Sent”These can’t be turned off:
- Sign-in and account: sign-in links, password resets, account deletion links and invitations, each only when asked for.
- Security notices: when a password is added, changed or reset, two-factor sign-in is turned on or off, or a new API key is created. If you didn’t make the change, reset your password and check your sign-in history.
Optional
Section titled “Optional”Free-trial reminders go to the owners and admins of each organization. Each person chooses their own.

Every optional email has a link at the bottom that turns that kind of email off without signing in.
Billing Emails
Section titled “Billing Emails”Payment receipts, failed-payment notices and renewal reminders are handled by our billing service and sent to the billing contact on your customer record. They are separate from the Account page’s email choices and are not automatically copied to every organization owner or admin.
The Billing page lists your recent invoices; Payment and Invoices there opens your billing details and every past invoice. Free-trial reminders still come from cedr.dev because a card-free trial has no paid subscription.
